* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as required.
*Mix paints, colors, and coatings according to specified formulas or client requirements.
*Apply paint or coatings using spray guns, brushes, or other tools to achieve a smooth and even finish.
*Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and accuracy, making touch-ups as needed.
*Maintain and clean spray equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
*Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
*Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and other team members to meet project specifications and deadlines.
* Maintain an organized and clean work area, including proper disposal of paint materials and chemicals.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Spray Painter, preferably in advertising, signage, or production environments.
* Knowledge of different paint types, coatings, and application techniques.
* Ability to mix colors accurately and match specifications.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting and chemical handling.
