Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior fit-out industry in UAE.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out and construction market.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and update detailed project plans using AutoCAD to ensure accuracy and clarity in design and execution.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, manage project deliveries, and ensure timely installation and completion of all interior works.
- Track project progress and report regularly to senior management and clients.
- Manage the communication flow between different stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle site visits to oversee project quality, progress, and safety standards.
- Resolve issues and conflicts on-site promptly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all interior fit-out projects meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
