Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for power products and construction equipment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors and government entities.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and tenders.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.
Technical & Product Expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generators, engines, and construction machinery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized power solutions tailored to client requirements.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
- Recommend pricing strategies and promotional campaigns based on market conditions.
Operational & Project Support
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Support after-sales services, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in power generation equipment, construction machinery
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving business targets in the UAE market.
- Strong technical understanding of power products and construction equipment.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Valid UAE driving license
