Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for daily accounting operations – GL, A/R, A/P, bank reconciliation
- Prepare and monitor cost sheets per job, based on fabric, labor, accessories, and overheads
- Track actual vs budgeted project costs, profitability, and efficiency
- Review contracts, LPOs, and project terms to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking
- Work closely with sales and production teams to align pricing, timelines, and costing
- Maintain accurate inventory valuation, WIP (Work in Progress) tracking, and stock audits
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, payroll (WPS), and statutory filings
- Coordinate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Supervise and manage ERP or accounting system entries (Zoho Books preferred)

- Customer-wise Collection Report
Quarterly Reports:
- Quarterly Financial Performance Summary
- Gross Margin Analysis per Client / Department
- Departmental Budget vs Actuals
- Inventory & WIP Adjustment Report
- Quarterly VAT Filing & Reconciliation
- Customer Credit Evaluation / Review
- Capital Expense Review (if any)
Annual Reports & Closing Duties:
- Annual Financial Statement Finalization
- Year-end Audit Coordination (Internal or External)
- Annual Budget Planning for Next Year
- Asset Depreciation Report
- Year-End Inventory & Stock Audit
- Contract Profitability Report (Tenders/Long-term projects)
- Cost Control & Efficiency Review for the Year
- Employee Salary/Benefit Summary for Audit
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in garment/textile manufacturing accounting
- Expertise in costing, contract financial review, and reporting
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
