We are looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator Supervisor who can lead a team and be hands-on in fabrication and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of steel fabricators.
- Work hands-on to fabricate and install gates, handrails, doors and other metalwork.
- Read and follow technical drawings.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
- Make sure all work is done on time and meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project manager to solve technical issues on-site and in the workshop.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and installation.
- Strong hands-on experience.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
- Good leadership skills.
