Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/software/manual systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate reorders.
- Material Handling:
- Receive incoming materials with quality and quantity checks.
- Tag, label, and store materials in an organized and safe manner.
- Issue materials to various departments/sites as per approved requests.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and Delivery Notes.
- Update stock registers, ledgers, and reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Generate MIS reports such as stock statements, consumption reports, etc.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams for material planning and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries and return of rejected/damaged goods.
- Safety & Housekeeping:
- Ensure safe storage and proper handling of hazardous and fragile materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Tools & Equipment Management:
- Track and maintain inventory of tools and consumables.
- Manage the issuance and return of tools from site teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
- Experience: 3–6 years in a similar role, preferably in interior fit-out/joinery/construction.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of storekeeping procedures, ERP/software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or custom ERP).
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
