Job Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing food, beverage, and non-food items in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. The role ensures proper stock levels are maintained and that items are stored in hygienic, organized, and secure conditions to support smooth kitchen and catering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries of stock items, verify quantities and quality, and ensure proper documentation (LPOs, delivery notes, invoices).
- Store all items in appropriate locations with proper labeling and FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update stock cards or system entries daily.
- Prepare and issue items to kitchen or operations teams based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly inventory audits.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with food safety (HACCP) and health standards within the store.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or expired items immediately.
- Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment based on minimum stock levels.
- Monitor and control wastage, spoilage, and overstocking.
- Assist in the preparation of stock reports and consumption summaries.
- Ensure the security of the store and its contents at all times.

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
