We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry, speak and write good English, and be confident using inventory systems to manage stock effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the storeroom and maintain inventory accuracy
- Use inventory software to raise purchase orders (POs) and track stock levels
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and delivery notes
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated (FIFO system)
- Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and suppliers for timely deliveries
- Report shortages, damages, or stock discrepancies promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area
- Prepare regular stock reports for management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality industry is essential
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with inventory or stock management software
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced catering environment
