Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
-
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive spare parts and materials.
-
Record stock entries and exits using inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
-
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Apply FIFO or LIFO methods to ensure optimal stock rotation.
Storage & Organization
-
Ensure proper storage of all auto parts based on type, brand, and usage.
- Maintain an organized, labeled, and clean warehouse environment.
Issuance & Replenishment
-
Issue requested parts and tools to service technicians and workshop staff.

Track consumption and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement for replenishment of fast-moving and critical parts.
Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and transaction logs.

Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports for the management.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
-
Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules and shortages.
- Assist with return of defective or unused parts to vendors.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
-
2–5 years in inventory/store-keeping, preferably in the automobile industry.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Business fields.

Familiarity with automotive spare parts, lubricants, and workshop tools.

Experience in MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail
