Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive spare parts and materials.
  
• Record stock entries and exits using inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
  
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  
• Apply FIFO or LIFO methods to ensure optimal stock rotation.

Storage & Organization

• Ensure proper storage of all auto parts based on type, brand, and usage.
  
• Maintain an organized, labeled, and clean warehouse environment.

Issuance & Replenishment

• Issue requested parts and tools to service technicians and workshop staff.
  
• Track consumption and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels.
  
• Coordinate with procurement for replenishment of fast-moving and critical parts.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and transaction logs.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports for the management.
  
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules and shortages.
  
• Assist with return of defective or unused parts to vendors.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in inventory/store-keeping, preferably in the automobile industry.
  
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Business fields.
  
• Familiarity with automotive spare parts, lubricants, and workshop tools.
  
• Experience in MS Excel.
  
• Strong attention to detail
