We are hiring an experienced STP Supervisor to oversee operations and maintenance of our Sewage Treatment Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the sewage treatment plant (STP)
- Monitor treatment processes and ensure compliance with environmental standards
- Operate and maintain pumps, blowers, filters, and other STP equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Maintain records of plant operations, chemical usage, and water quality
- Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in STP operations and supervision
- Strong knowledge of STP systems, processes, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and respond to emergencies
- Good leadership and communication skills
