Job Title: Strategic Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and elevate our HR function by aligning human capital strategy with organizational objectives. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping a progressive HR agenda, driving cultural transformation, and enabling sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, people leader, and HR innovator with strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:1. HR Strategy & Organizational Planning
- Develop and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and growth plans.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and continuous improvement.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract high-potential talent.
- Build leadership pipelines and implement strategic workforce development plans.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience through innovative recruitment approaches.
3. Performance & Development
- Design and implement effective performance management frameworks.
- Identify training needs and execute learning and development initiatives that align with business goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.
4. Culture & Employee Engagement
- Lead employee engagement and internal communication strategies to drive morale and retention.
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, and innovation.
- Act as a cultural ambassador and HR business partner across all levels of the organization.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Legal Compliance
- Develop competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs based on market benchmarks.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with UAE labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain robust HR systems, employee records, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is highly desirable.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regional HR practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
