Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable, and emotionally intelligent, with a genuine interest in students' well-being.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with school/institutional social media etiquette and content creation (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Proficient in basic administrative tools and digital communication platforms.
- Experience in an educational setting or student-facing role is an advantage.
- Provide academic and emotional support to high school students—offering guidance, reminders, and a listening ear when needed.
- Coordinate schedules, maintain student records, and assist in academic follow-ups.
- Manage and update the institute’s social media handles with relevant student highlights, updates, and announcements.
- Collaborate with teachers and admin to communicate effectively across all channels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
