Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working, and personable individual to join our team as a Student Coordinator/Sales Associate. This role involves sales, administrative tasks, student enrolment, and coordinating social activities, providing a rich and diverse work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Advise prospective students on course options, answer queries, and handle payments.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
- Engage with new leads and follow up with past leads to generate sales.
- Encourage repeat enrolments from past students.
- Maintain accurate sales data.
- Develop and implement outbound calling strategies.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
Course Coordination:
- Conduct and interpret placement tests.
- Assign students to suitable levels and groups.
- Manage student breaks and returning enrolments.
- Coordinate between private students and teachers, including room bookings.
- Update systems with new enrolments and changes.
- Provide top-tier customer service.
Student Feedback:
- Gather and compile student feedback.
- Respond to and resolve any issues raised.
- Encourage online reviews.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges.

Required Skills:
- Minimum English proficiency: B2 (Upper-intermediate) level.
- Proficiency in typing and computer use.
- Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (one hour lunch break)
- Every second Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Remuneration:
- 4000 AED per month + commission
