We are seeking a dedicated and organized Student Support Officer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in student-facing roles and strong documentation skills. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential for effectively supporting our diverse student population.
Location : Al Qusais - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to students regarding academic, administrative, and documentation queries
- Maintain accurate student records, registration documents, and attendance reports
- Assist students with the submission of forms, ID issuance, certificates, and letters
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to resolve student concerns
- Support in scheduling appointments, orientation sessions, and student events
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies in all documentation and communication
- Communicate clearly in both Hindi and English, both verbally and in writing
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a student support, academic admin, or related role
- Proficient in MS Office and student information systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
