Studio Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Sweet Home Photo Studio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Studio Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our creative team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for managing client interactions, organizing bookings, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage studio appointment scheduling and client bookings
· Respond to Meta Ads leads, WhatsApp, email, and phone inquiries
· Handle invoicing, documentation, and client follow-ups
· Coordinate with suppliers and manage studio stock
· Support photoshoot logistics and team coordination
· Provide excellent customer service, in person and online
· Maintain petty cash and internal reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1–2 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administrative roles
· Strong English communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Familiar with Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business
· Organized, detail-focused, and customer-service driven
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
· Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
· Familiarity with Meta Ads, Instagram, or social media coordination
· Experience in photography, media, or creative industries
Location Requirement:
Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given priority due to immediate availability
