HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT CUM RECEPTIONIST (Can join immediately)
We are seeking a highly organized HR Administrative Assistant cum reception to join our team immediately.
* Managing reception area and great all the visitors who entered in the office. Answering phone calls and taking the message and refer to appropriate person.
* Manage the incoming and outgoing emails/outlook, letters and packages, etc.
* Assist HR for arranging staff travel, hotel booking and transportation.
*Maintain HR records and documentation.
*Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
*Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews
* Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, employee offer letter, etc,
* Performing other clerical receptionist/office assistant duties such as filing, photo coping, scanning, printing based on request.
*Maintain the files / documents in the server and all hard copies.
*IT Support Coordination to staffs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience in a similar role as an Administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Full time based in Dubai.
- Can join immediately.
