Mantra is a Holistic wellbeing concept located in Alqoz that provides Padel, Tennis, Yoga, Reformer, and Indoor Cycling activities. In addition, we offer as well a space for remote workers and a food and beverage corner for snacks enthusiasts.
We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a Summer Operations Officer. This role would ideal for a student excited to learn about Sports Clubs operations or for a seasoned customer service officer who would like to gain skills within the sports industry.

In this role you will be expected to:
- Manage bookings across multiple platforms for activities including padel, tennis, yoga, and reformer Pilates
- Coordinate walk-in registrations and ensure a smooth check-in experience for all guests
- Support coaches and instructors by confirming daily schedules and session attendance
- Monitor court and studio availability, ensuring optimal utilization of facilities
- Assist with equipment and space setup, ensuring readiness for each class or session
- Provide basic customer support, answering questions about schedules, bookings, and club services
- Report any issues or feedback to the Operations Manager
- Contribute to a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for all guests
As a candidate for this role you will be expected to:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using booking and scheduling platforms (training provided)
- Interest in sports, fitness, and wellness
- Previous experience in operations, hospitality, or sports facilities is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

June to August (with possibility of extension)
