Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, track payments, and manage customer billing.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile daily sales, POS reports, and bank statements.
Inventory Accounting: Monitor stock levels, wastage, and cost of goods sold.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Tax Compliance: Handle VAT and cooporate TAX filings and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
Cash Flow Management: Track daily sales, manage petty cash, and oversee credit customer accounts.
Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure internal controls are followed.
