We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and tech-savvy manager who can drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and implement innovative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily supermarket operations including sales, purchasing, inventory management, and staff coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
- Introduce and manage technology-driven solutions for POS, inventory tracking, purchasing, and reporting systems.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare analytical reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Train, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
