Overseeing and directing the work of plumbing teams, including journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Project Planning and Execution:
Reviewing blueprints and technical drawings, planning work schedules, and delegating tasks to team members.
Quality and Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all plumbing work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
Material Management:
Ordering materials, managing inventory, and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving plumbing issues and malfunctions as they arise.
Communication:
Maintaining clear communication with project managers, other trades, and site management.
Documentation:
Preparing reports, maintaining records of work progress, and documenting material and equipment usage.
