- Strong communication skills
- Five or more years of expertise in construction or MEP coordination
- A desire to work as a team
- Strong grasp of all mechanical, electrical,and plumbing
- Ability to recognize and resolve complex issues
- General comprehension of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes as they relate to project construction
- Familiarity with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors
- Proficient computer skills
