Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Opening and closing of the attraction ensuring safety checks, functional checks and follow up with all concerned departments to maintain the right ride presentation standards - the theme, AV, graphics and ride experience.
- Ability to conduct on the job ride training for ride attendants, refresher trainings and conducting written assessment for ride operations certification.
- Administrate breaks, rotations and documents as required.
- Opens attractions following all procedures and ensures operational readiness of both attraction and staff – maintains the logs.
- Conducts daily briefings and tracks meeting minutes.
- Spot checks ride safety procedures are consistently followed and adhered to.
- Provides regular performance-based feedback and uses feedback as basis for annual performance evaluations.
- Responds to guest situations in attraction which is handed over from TL.
- Commit to safe systems of work by adhering to agreed processes that are put in place, which can include, but not limited to those in the approved manuals, policies, procedures and SOPS and thus it shall be everyone’s responsibility to know and understand thoroughly these systems and processes, execute properly and avoid short cuts.
- Take ownership of own’s health and safety for the matters within one’s control or ability to influence, through leadership by example and ensure that the rest of the persons within one’s responsibility and influence, including contractors, follow through.
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- High School Certification.
- Diploma/ College degree
- 3 years previous supervisory experience in Service/Entertainment/Hospitality industry
- Leading a multi-cultural staff.
- Guest service: interacts in a positive manner and diffuses any negative guest situation following company protocols
- Able to handle and deal with Studio1, and train others to do so.
