Job Description
Role Summary
Supervising the Rider Integrity & Special Projects for UAE to improve the compliance across the fleet & enhance logistics performance. Taking the lead in improving processes, performance, compliance and maximising integrity of riders related to delivery operations with a data based approach whilst coordinating with City Logistics teams. Also, managing various special projects with good cross functional collaboration and the ability to manage the stakeholders at various levels in the company.
What’s on Your Plate?
Oversee rider integrity at the country level, ensuring exemplary rider behavior in all public-facing interactions.
Consolidate data from all emirates and present national-level summaries, including weekly updates on project progress, rider behaviour, and customer feedback.
Conduct in-depth analysis of outliers and anomalies, identifying root causes and recommending actionable solutions.
Identify operational inefficiencies and red flags; propose process improvements and optimize thresholds to enhance logistics performance.
Provide timely support in resolving fleet-related violations and fraud cases through effective troubleshooting.
Develop SOPs and policies; assist in implementing tools to support rider safety and compliance.
Plan and lead special projects across the country, ensuring successful execution through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement effective communication and escalation mechanisms for cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the successful rollout of strategic projects and new initiatives.
Proactively collect feedback from stakeholders and frontline teams to continuously refine processes for greater scalability, efficiency, and transparency.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the food or grocery tech industry is preferred.
Background in data analytics, with the ability to interpret datasets and share actionable recommendations.
Project management experience, with the ability to clarify objective, success metrics and collaboratively managing stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Urdu; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
People management experience, with a proven ability to work effectively with both junior and senior team members.
Stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Detail-oriented with analytical abilities and a talent for generating insights from data reports.
Technical Proficiency in Google suite, or similar tools for data organisation, analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, learn quickly, prioritize tasks effectively, and perform under pressure.
Able to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
