Position Title: Surveillance Officer cum Night Auditor

Summary:
This role combines responsibilities of surveillance monitoring and financial auditing. The Surveillance Officer ensures the safety and security of the premises through CCTV and other monitoring systems, while also performing night audit tasks involving cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity; document and report incidents; coordinate with security and law enforcement as needed.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce access control and ensure adherence to security protocols, laws, and company policies.
- Emergency Response: Respond to alarms or incidents, assist with evacuations, and support emergency procedures.
- Cash Handling & Night Audit: Securely collect, verify, and reconcile cash and cheque deposits; log transactions; monitor AR aging; maintain records in line with AML and company policies.
- System & Record Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of surveillance and security systems; conduct audits of vaults and cash lockers; maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.

- Handle all surveillance-related information with strict confidentiality.
- Protect the privacy and integrity of individuals and the organization.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to alarms or alerts and provide real-time information to on-ground security team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in security/surveillance or financial auditing preferred.
- Proficiency in CCTV systems, strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:
Office-based control room environment; night shifts and weekend work required.

Work Environment
