We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online & Offline Sales to support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, a passion for online platforms, and the ability to support both online and offline sales activities.
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
2. Familiarity with purchasing products on Noon and Amazon platforms.
3. Experience with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
4. Good math skills, especially for invoicing and calculations
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong communication and organizational skills
7. Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage product posts on Facebook and Instagram
2. Handle basic customer service tasks including answering messages and inquiries
3. Prepare sales invoices during promotions or sales events
4. Perform basic data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Support the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
