The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join the MEA and APAC team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by recruiting for all positions across the Middle East, Africa (MEA), and Asia -Pacific (APAC) regions. As a key member of our global HR team, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building strong partnerships with our business leaders and hiring managers.
This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of the diverse talent markets across MEA and APAC, and the ability to navigate different cultural and professional landscapes to attract top-tier candidates.
You will make an impact by….
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation and sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
- Serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on talent availability, sourcing strategies, and effective assessment techniques.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, utilizing a variety of sourcing channels including professional networks, online job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukri Gulf), and direct sourcing.
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the MEA and Asia markets.
- Ensuring an exceptional and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating closely with the global HR and TA teams to ensure alignment with our worldwide talent acquisition strategy and initiatives. Regularly tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
The talent we want to inspire has...
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles across the Middle East, Africa (MEA), and/or Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
- Proven success in sourcing both active and passive candidates through various channels, with high proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and APAC specific recruitment platforms.
- Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, etc.).
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
This would be a plus but not a must.
- Experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
- Proficiency in an additional language relevant to the MEA or APAC regions. Experience with HR reporting and people analytics
