We are seeking a proactive Tally Support Executive who will help improve and automate our operational processes through Tally. The role focuses on coordinating updates, implementing custom features, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day use of Tally—not hardcore development.
You will work with external Tally developers and internal teams to make sure our Tally system supports efficient operations and is always up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Tally System Support & Automation
- Maintain and support day‑to‑day Tally usage for internal teams.
- Identify operational gaps and propose Tally-based automation or process improvements.
- Coordinate with external Tally developers/vendors for implementing required changes or updates.
- Test new features, modules, or customizations before go‑live.
- Ensure Tally remains updated with the latest versions, patches, and statutory compliance.
Accounts & Data Handling
- Assist in data entry, reconciliations, and generating MIS reports as required.
- Support accounting team with Tally-related tasks (GST, TDS, invoicing, inventory).
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity in the system.
Training & Communication
- Train internal users on new Tally features or improvements.
- Document updates and share best practices for efficient Tally use.
- Act as a bridge between end-users and technical Tally vendors.
Skills Required
- Hands-on, recent experience using Tally (within the last 2–3 years).
- Understanding of accounting workflows (basic GST, TDS, invoicing).
- Interest in process automation and system improvements.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to test and verify new Tally modules or features.
Qualifications
- Any graduation (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BCA, etc. – flexible).
- Recent, practical exposure to Tally Prime in a real working environment.
- Prior experience in supporting teams with Tally usage is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
