Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing car rental company focused on delivering exceptional service and streamlined mobility solutions. We are seeking a TARS expert to manage core operational tasks, ensure accuracy in agreements, and support smooth day-to-day processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all related TARS tasks.
- Open, close, and update rental agreements accurately in the system.
- Manage NRM (Non-Revenue Movement) entries and related documentation.
- Post customer payments, deposits, and adjustments promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless rental operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in car rental.
- Strong knowledge of rental software systems (experience with TARS)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
