Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and materials
- Assist students with classroom tasks and individual learning
- Supervise students during activities and break times
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline
- Support children with special needs when required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; teaching assistant certification is a plus
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
