Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in daily activities
- Assist with lesson planning and material preparation
- Provide one-on-one or group support to students
- Help manage classroom behavior
- Supervise students during breaks and field trips
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of educational practices
