We are a growing financial services company in the UAE, committed to providing top-tier personal finance solutions to our clients. We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader with their own team, specializing in personal finance sales, to join our leadership ranks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage your existing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive business development initiatives in personal finance products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other retail banking solutions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and company policies.
- Develop strategies to expand the client base and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and support.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in personal finance sales in the UAE.
- Must have an existing team with prior experience in UAE personal finance sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
