Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and manage on-site cleaning operations including water tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, kitchen hood cleaning, and deep cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team deployment, site supervision, quality control, and ensuring client satisfaction through proper execution and professional final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deploy cleaning teams based on job schedules and client requirements.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with standards.
- Inspect completed jobs and handle final handover to the client with proper documentation.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and PPE by team members.
- Address client feedback and ensure satisfaction before closing any job.
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate with operations team for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning services or facility management (minimum 2 years in a Team Leader or senior technician role).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and health & safety procedures.
- UAE driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
