Job Summary:
Alghurair Interiors is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical aspects of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial and residential interior projects, with deep knowledge of joinery, materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team to ensure accurate drawings, detailing, and BOQs.
- Oversee design development, value engineering, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Ensure timely approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Review and resolve technical challenges across multiple ongoing projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in a similar technical leadership role within the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, materials, AutoCAD, and relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
