Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Functional Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) who can bridge business needs and technical execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in translating requirements into workable solutions and enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver value.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary link between clients and internal technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into efficient solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, requirements workshops, and client training sessions.
- Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications including FRDs, UAT test cases, and solution designs.
- Lead functional team
- Lead client engagements from discovery through go-live and post-live support.
- Manage functional testing, UAT sessions, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to ensure project success.
- Participate in change management activities and provide input for solution enhancements.
- Support presales efforts with solution walkthroughs and proposal input as needed.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a Functional Consultant role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP.
- Strong business process understanding, particularly in Sales, Marketing, or Service domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver consultative, value-driven solutions.
- Experience preparing solution documentation and client-facing deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing client communications.
