Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on previous contacts and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
