Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Sales and Marketing Executive to join our tourism company. This role primarily focuses on reaching out to B2B companies, presenting our tourism services, securing contracts, and building long-term relationships with travel agents. The ideal candidate will be a talkative, customer-friendly individual with strong communication skills, ready to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Business Development:
- Reach out to B2B companies, primarily travel agents, and introduce the company's services.
- Present, negotiate, and finalize contracts with agents to secure business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:
- Generate leads through phone calls and follow up on business inquiries.
- Convert potential leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of the company’s services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and agents, addressing their needs and queries promptly.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Prepare daily reports on sales activities and progress.
- Report key information and insights directly to the management team.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in promoting services.
- Help identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A talkative, outgoing personality with excellent persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- A responsive individual with a customer-first approach.
- 1-year experience in telesales or a similar role is preferable, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, are an advantage.
