We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our business setup consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting leads into clients by offering expert guidance on company formation, mainland and free zone setups, licensing, and other business services in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or inbound inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and provide detailed information on business setup options in Dubai and across the UAE.
- Effectively present and promote the company’s services including trade license issuance, visa services, PRO services, and bank account assistance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Business Setup Advisors and Client Relations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay up to date with UAE business laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales – preferably in the business setup or related industry in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of UAE free zone and mainland company formation is a strong advantage.
