Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, providing information about properties, and scheduling meetings with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Promote real estate properties and services to prospective clients.
- Update and maintain the client database regularly.
- Follow up with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and meetings.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market trends in Dubai real estate.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate projects and locations in Dubai.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and communication tools.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications:
