We’re expanding our team and looking for female Telecallers / Call Center Agents who are fluent in English and Arabic. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners and leads in the secondary market
- Handle incoming inquiries related to listings and company services
- Schedule and follow up on property viewings
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly call targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
- Fluency in English is a must – strong speaking and writing skills required
- Fluency in Arabic is also mandatory
- French is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Confident using computers; CRM experience preferred
- Female candidates only
