Telesales Client Executive (IMMEDIATE)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Client Executive to engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions that lead to successful conversions and lasting relationships. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced sales environment and consistently achieves performance targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound client inquiries
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate services or solutions
- Accurately track calls, leads, and conversions using CRM software
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Address concerns and objections professionally and effectively
- Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Qualifications & Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Solid understanding of client engagement and modern sales techniques
- Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
