Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous communications to build relationships.
- Clearly explain company offerings and value propositions to prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM / call logs.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
