Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers via telephone, promoting products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align strategies.
- Provide input on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident with objection-handling ability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software experience is a plus).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
