Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and inquiries from clients in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about properties and services.
- Maintain client records and update the system regularly.
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times.
Requirements:
- Professional English communication (verbal & written) is a must.
- Strong telephone etiquette and good communication skills.
- Previous telesales/customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time in a professional office environment.
