We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator / IT Support professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on UAE experience working in 3-4 star hotel, providing IT support and managing the hotel’s IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and management
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
- Support and maintain IDS software and other hotel management software
- Handle EPABX systems and ensure smooth communication operations
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Ensure data security and perform regular backups
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies and standards
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support / IT Administrator in the hotel industry (3-4 star hotels)
- Knowledge of IDS (Intrusion Detection System) software
- Strong understanding of networking, including routers, switches, and wireless systems
- Experience with EPABX systems
- Immediate availability to join
