We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Agent with proven experience in Dubai real estate market to join our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants
- Promote residential and off-plan properties across key Dubai areas
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property consultants
- Maintain and update the CRM with call logs and follow-ups
- Consistently meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in Dubai’s real estate market
- Familiarity with areas such as Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Hills, etc. is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a bonus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
- Must be currently based in Dubai with knowledge of market trends
- Female candidates only
