As a Telesales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients to introduce the company's services, solve queries and help them get on boarded on the platform. You will play a key role in establishing trust and driving client acquisition through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide information about the company's services and highlight the features.
- Answer client queries and address concerns to build trust and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation
Experience:
- Graduation or equivalent specialized courses in Financial Trading/Forex markets.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, with a preference for Stock and Forex trading.
- Prior experience in Tele calling or sales/customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in regional languages like Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi etc along with Hindi.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED 2,500 - AED 3000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
