- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers or investors from provided leads and cold call lists.
- Promote real estate properties (residential or commercial) and explain their features, prices, and payment plans.
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable property options.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly to nurture leads and close sales.
- Qualify clients from cold calling data & marketing leads to generate meetings.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and call outcomes.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle client objections effectively and professionally.
- Stay up to date with market trends, new project launches, and competitors.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a sales-related field (real estate industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tele calling software.
