What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote our range of quality auto parts to both B2B and B2C customers
- Identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert conversations into sales
- Negotiate pricing and terms to meet targets while building lasting relationships
- Keep records of calls, sales, and customer details in line with company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (auto parts industry experience a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication in English, Urdu, or Hindi
- Aggressive, target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure — you know how to bounce back and keep going
- Female on sponsor(husband or Father) visa
