Telesales Executive (Female)
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to exciting real estate opportunities and guiding them through the buying or leasing process.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and data mining. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our real estate offerings, including residential and commercial properties. Communicate the unique selling points and benefits to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication, providing relevant information, and addressing their queries.
Sales Closure: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closure. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
