Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate leads, promote property listings, schedule site visits, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote current real estate projects and services.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, and inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with property market trends, pricing, and availability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Preferrably female candidates
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, and Arabic.
